Job Description :

- Risk management professional with comprehensive expertise in the management of Compliance, AML, KYC, CDD, FCC, ABC, Sanctions/Embargoes, Fraud, and Operational risks in banking operations.

- Expertise in setting up verticals and departments, policies, processes and documentation in Compliance (Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance - FCC), KYC& CDD, Fraud management & Operational Risk management in banking.

- Exposure to world-class technology platforms in KYC, CDD, AML Monitoring, Fraud Control and Transaction Monitoring.

- Extensive working experience in Business Continuity Plan, Anti Money Laundering, Operational Risk procedures & Compliance functions.

- Develop and execute Compliance Governance frameworks and models

- Advise on and manage the entire spectrum of regulatory compliance matters

- Implement and maintain frameworks to identify, assess, manage, monitor, mitigate and report compliance (including regulatory and financial crime) risks across the organization

- Manage compliance's regulatory inventory and mapping to business activities, operations and controls.

- Develop and implement Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)programs, policies and procedures for the Bank.

- Implement client due diligence processes

- Partner with the business to make decisions based on the knowledge and interpretation of current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information of financial crime
