Risk Management (Candidates From KPO, Banking, Investment Banking Background Should Apply)  The position is responsible for implementation and managing the risk frame work in the Professional Service Center (PSC) which involves among other things proactive identification and remediation of key operational risks & controls for different work streams within the PSC.  Primary Responsibilities:  1. Implement the risk and control framework for PSC Finance  2. Engage with the workstreams in the identification, definition, collection and reporting  Key Risk Indicators  3. Gather information, understand the problem and action plans from the workstream and provide commentaries on scorecard breaches  4. Generation and publication of the monthly risk scorecard  5. Conduct/participate in the risk scorecard reviews with the workstream  6. Conduct transition risk assessment  7. Collaborate with Internal Audit and the workstream in the conduct of audit and closure of audit issues, if any  Skills:  - Solution oriented, self driven and positive attitude;  - Drive and Motivation ­ Ability to undertake initiatives  - Strong Listening ability (nonreactive manner and with composure); Reasonable understanding of service delivery and governance framework in an off shoring environment.  - Strong relationship skills – Client relationship management with operations as well as all other departments.  - Communication skills ­ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills ­ Ability to interface/ partner with the onshore.  - Analytical skills ­ Strong analytical skills, detail orientation & service commitment ­  Ability to work under time constraints and handle pressure.  Please note that the communication has to be good as they would be required to coordinate with the senior management team and also sometimes with the On shore individuals.
