Risk Head - SME & Wholesale Lending - NBFC

Our client is looking for a Risk Head for SME and Wholesale Lending at Mumbai.

Key Skills Required:

Functional:

- Extensive expertise in Credit Risk Management for SME and Wholesale lending including segments such as Special Situations Financing, Commercial Real Estate Financing, Promoter Financing, Mezzanine Financing and Acquisition Financing

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in conceptualizing & implementing credit risk management framework based on organizations risk appetite. Ability to recognize, quantify and manage risk.

- In depth knowledge and understanding of end to end credit ratings cycle- from initiation of credit rating exercise to surveillance. Hands-on expertise in all aspects of the credit rating process, including analysis, structuring and evaluation of credit ratings across Financial Services businesses.

- Ability to take credit decisions in a timely manner and present to risk committee with recommendations

Key Role Responsibilities :

- Evaluate and approve credit transaction

- Monitor credit exposure on an ongoing basis

- Presenting credit proposal to Risk committee

- Experience in market, operational & fraud risk management will be an added advantage

- Keeping risk committee of Board of Directors updated on Risk matters
