Job Title: Secured Risk Head-Retail, with a Leading Bank.

Business Unit: Risk

Function: Retail Risk

Sub Function: Retail Policy Risk

Job Description :

- Responsible for review and approval of credit policies for various retail secured products (Mortgages & Wheels)

- Review and monitoring of Application scorecards / Risk models for the entire secured retail asset products of the bank

- Keeping a close watch on the portfolio and initiate necessary action as and when required.

- Tracking macroeconomic developments and assessing the probable impact on the portfolio and initiate actions as and when required

- Develop and early warning risk signals mechanism to have early triggers in place

- Managing Regulatory, Statutory and internal audits

- Managing various Board policies, their renewal, and governance

- Guidance to business teams to align business processes with overall bank strategies

An Ideal Candidate should possess:

- Managed risk (Underwriting/ policy) for Mortgage and Wheel products.

- Good Analytical Skills

- Good Communication skills
