Risk Head - Auto Finance NBFC

Our client is a leading MNC with strong global presence in auto finance business and offices across all major geographies. They are now looking to set up and grow their business in India with focus on enhancing customer experience in auto lending space. They are looking for a seasoned risk professional with experience in risk modelling, loss monitoring and loss forecasting for both retail and wholesale portfolios with a large bank or NBFC to join their business in a leadership role with regional responsibilities (APAC).

Reporting into Regional Risk Head, you would be responsible for driving credit policies and procedures to build a healthy credit portfolio. You would work closely with credit bureaus and other data providers along with technology and analytics teams internally to drive the risk agenda.

You would also to set up robust processes and best in class practices through operations, finance and other teams to monitor limit utilization, delinquency performance, loss monitoring and trends etc.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should hold a Master's degree with atleast 12 to 15 years of risk analytics experience working with a MNC Bank or NBFC.

- Experience of managing end to end risk management for retail assets/auto loans is a must for this role.

- Strong understanding of statistical techniques like logistic regression, cluster analysis, principal component analysis etc. in SAS environment.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of leading business.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
