Location - Gurgaon- Hybrid

Expected profiles

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in compliance and compliance auditing

- Good organization, communication, and time management skills

- Understanding and drafting queries on a range of topics. This will also include assessing and reviewing documentation relating to meeting regulatory restrictions on permissibility non-audit services.

- Understanding of investments (shares, mutual fund, ISA)

- Able to understand, comprehend financial interest policy of the firm and its key requirements to ensure 100% firm's compliance

- Compliance auditing

- Secondary research experience

- Runs different reports and performs several compliance checks on a self-reporting independence monitoring system

- Manages tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes

- Uses analytical and project management methodology/ tools/ trackers to ensure all the tasks are completed efficiently

- Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities

- Possesses strong communication (both written and verbal) skills as role requires frequent interaction with senior management and cross functional teams.

- Holds experience in using MS Office tools

- A team player who can collaborate with work group to support multiple risk mitigating assignments
