Risk & Compliance Consultant/Functional Consultant - GRC/Operational Risk - BFS Domain

- Experience in implementing operational risk management framework in Banks/Financial Institutions / Insurance Organization / Asset Management Firms i.e. Experience in Basel , RCSA Assessment, GRC functional domain.

- Creatively articulating value propositions and positioning organization and its offerings effectively to clients

- Overall understanding of global BFS marketplace, trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues & challenges.

- Ideation and innovation skills across market trends domain, Knowledge of global operational risk guidelines including Basel , Controls Assessment, Controls Remediation etc.

- Good Knowledge of RCSA Framework, Operational risk controls framework and experience in any GRC tools

- Business Analysis and Consulting - Advise and mentor operational risk engagements and transformation programs for various clients.
