Risk Based Supervision - CAMELS Approach

We have roles with a client in the consulting space. They are looking for people to work on Risk Based Supervision roles. The role involves

- Risk profiling of banks including market credit and operational risks.

- Using CAMELS approach to supervisory risk assessments

- Making monitorable action plans and frameworks.

- Ensuring the risk profiling is as per RBI norms.

- Running an Inspection process from a planning and execution perspective.

- Review, evaluate and follow-up on relevant documentation.

- Monitorable action plan (MAP) to ensure a supervisory organisation is built.
