Job Purpose - Provide consulting to clients on analytics solutions and assist sales teams in closing the deals.
- The incumbent will play a vital role in "advising and supporting" the sales relationship with prospects and clients for assigned line of product. S/he will work closely with the sales team to map the product capabilities to client needs and set mutually understood and accepted expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
Role - THIS IS NOT A REVENUE GENERATING ROLE. ITS ADVISORY / SOLUTIONING / CONSULTING
- Assist sales team to help define opportunities and close large opportunities with the right Analytics solutions and mapping key value propositions to meet the commercial aspects of the product
- Manage key accounts and understand their requirements from a business perspective and propose a solution
- Interact with customers on regular intervals to collect feedback and ensure proper product usage for member customers
