Job Description

As Risk Advisory Senior, you'll contribute technically to Risk transformation client engagements and internal projects. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for the company within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

Client responsibilities :

- Be part of Risk Transformation, Internal Audit & Risk Assurance engagements and internal projects.

- Ability to work as a team leader within audit, pre-post implementation reviews, SAP diagnostic reviews and other projects.

- Work back with the project team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks and share mitigation plan.

- Ability to visualize and propose solutions to customers based on the requirements shared.

- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the team.

- Mentor the project team in executing the project deliverables.

- Regular status reporting to the project manager and onsite coordinators.

- Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on a need basis.

- Good documentations and communication skills.

People responsibilities

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for the team.

- Training and mentoring of project resources.

- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.

Mandatory skills requirements

- 5-9 years of implementation, audit & advisory experience on ERP products and solutions for GRC.

- Should have completed 2-3 end to end implementations for ERP (SAP) with the detailed configuration settings for key business modules like FI/Co, FSCM, SD, MM, WM, PP, IM, MDM, MDG etc.

- Very strong knowledge of key business processes like Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory management, Hire to Retire etc. and WRICEF validation is must.

- Contribute towards internal training and projects.

- Knowledge of SOX 404 audits and designing of risk and control matrix.

- Should be able to recommend industry best practices to the client.

- Should be able to understand the business process and do a gap assessment.

- Should be able to identify risks within the client's business process and suggest appropriate mitigating controls.

- Good knowledge of Sensitive access and segregation of duty concepts in an SAP ERP environment.

- Strong understanding of the COSO framework, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (Sections 302 and 404), financial reporting of risks, internal controls, and IFRS, with the ability to make best practice recommendations to successfully mitigate key risks.

Preferred skills

- Demonstrated track record with a blue chip consulting organization and/or a blue chip organization.

- Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management.

- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS.

- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience with other Big3 or paneled SI/ ITeS companies.

Certifications (desirable)

- Relevant professional certifications such in SAP modules, security, CISA, CRISC & PMP etc.
