Risk Advisory - SAP GRC - Access Control/Product Control Vertical

Job Role:

As Risk Advisory Senior, you'll contribute technically to Risk transformation client engagements and internal projects. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for organization within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team

I. Key Responsibility Area:

1. Client responsibilities

- Ability to work as a team leader within Implementation, roll outs, upgrades and support projects

- As a team member, resource must right attitude towards teaming, ownership, knowledge sharing

- Work back with the project team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks and share mitigation plan

- Ability to visualize and propose solutions to customers based on the requirements shared

- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the team

- Mentor the project team in executing the project deliverables

- Regular status reporting to the project manager and onsite coordinators

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for the team

IV. Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of implementation and advisory experience on ERP products and solutions for GRC

- Should have completed 2-3 end to end implementations for ERP / GRC covering the detailed configuration settings for Access Controls module

- Experienced in hands on configuration for user provisioning, role management, super user management, risk analysis, continuous control monitoring, risk assessment and management

- Has hands on experience in all SAP GRC AC modules - ARM, ARA EAM, BRM, UAR, SOD review

- Should have worked on the pre-installation and post installation steps, syncs, connectors, rule building and workflows for GRC solution

- Should have implementation/configuration experience of BRF+ and MSMP framework

- Should have worked on the pre-installation and post installation steps, syncs, connectors, rule building and MSMP workflows in the ARM & EAM component

- Should have worked on ARA component with an understanding of the rule set and mitigation controls

- Extensive knowledge and experience in executing any GRC solutions across different GRC modules

- Should have worked on at least 2-3 security implementation projects covering platforms such as ECC, CRM, BI, BO, APO and SOLMAN

- Hands on experience on role / profile / user management within SAP environment

V. Qualification:

- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS

- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies

Certifications (desirable)

- Relevant professional certifications such as GRC module certifications, CISA, CRISC & PMP etc.
