About The Role: Ripplingis looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Revenue Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team in Bangalore. This role will be a key contributor to monthly close processes, audit preparation, and cross-functional partnership with Billings engineering. In addition to these projects there will be strategic initiatives supporting Rippling's future growth. What You'll Do: - Prepare month-end close journal entries and workpapers for Revenue, AR and related accounts - Take ownership of data extraction and upload from Billings system to Netsuite ERP - Build cross-functional partnerships with Engineering teams to establish standardized reporting for new product lines - Research ASC 606 accounting guidance and come up with our position on revenue transactions - Prepare accounting memos on new revenue streams to ensure ASC 606 compliance - Liaise with external auditors and tax accountants to deliver PBC requests in a timely manner Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting and a CA or US CPA required - Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - SQL experience preferred - Mix of Big 4 audit experience and SaaS industry experience with US GAAP - Experience with Netsuite ERP required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Independent problem solver with the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision - Ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership of work product and improve processes - Passion for fast-paced entrepreneurial work environments If you don- t necessarily meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply because skills can be used in lots of different ways, your life experience is equally important sometimes.
