About the Role : - Our hyper-growth presents an exciting and interesting challenge to develop and scale our Compensation programs and processes, as well as shepherd Benefits programs in our India market. - We're looking for an experienced, trusted partner to advise key business alliances on Compensation and Benefits philosophies and programs. This role will also play a critical part in building best in class benefit offerings and providing guidance to our valued India-based Rippling employees. - With so many changes happening in the world right now, Compensation and Benefits programs need to evolve and adjust quickly. What You Will Do : - You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day execution of compensation and benefits market review, as primary contact for BPs and Recruiting partners - You'll principally be focused on our India-based roles / employees, while also working closely with your global colleagues as a key member of our growing team - You'll have a large voice in designing great non-statutory benefits in India; you'll also provide advice and partner with key decision makers on statutory benefit offerings - You'll conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal pay parity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company's compensation philosophy - You'll provide subject-matter expertise - advise and educate on our compensation / benefits philosophies and programs to bring a strong vision of efficient and effective business processes to life - You'll participate in compensation design and review projects, including job architecture and salary structure, as well as, additional compensation focused initiatives - You'll support the administration of our cyclical company-wide compensation programs - You're experience and insights will help in making cohesive recommendations to drive process improvements in order to advance compensation workflows and program delivery - You'll stay up-to-date with applicable employment-related statutory requirements regarding employee pay and current compensation-related legislation - Proactively share relevant information and timely updates for improved organizational performance What You Will Need : - 6+ years of related work experience in compensation analysis - Experience in high-growth, technology sector start-up environment, is a plus - Substantial command of compensation fundamentals (e.g., job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, cyclical programs, etc.) - Prior experience working with large amounts of data, utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret compensation trends and build intelligence through reporting, with high attention to data validity - Consistent track record of creating meaningful, understandable models, reports, and training materials - Proven ability to translate quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences / stakeholders to effectively develop and present logical, convincing compensation observations in support of your perspective and company initiatives - Knowledge of relational databases and HRIS tools; exceptional knowledge of Excel and Google sheets, as well as compensation planning tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, TalentComp, WorkDay, etc.) - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in communicating and interpreting compensation philosophy, program design, and recommendations effectively to all levels of the organization - A proven ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances with key stakeholders - influencing and empowering others through strong partnerships - Commitment to clients; high level of responsiveness - Familiarity of global compensation practices strongly preferred
