About the Role : In this role, you will be an integral part of the HR team based in Bangalore, India. This role will manage the day-to-day People operations in India and partner closely with HR, Finance, Facilities and business teams to ensure seamless experience for all India employees. Responsibilities : - Manage the payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate payroll and timely payment - Employee Data Management : Understand, use and master use of internal HR systems in order to maintain employee data accuracy - Partner with HRBP & Employee Experience teams to get input on People Operations decisions, run regular audits on HR processes and work on continuous improvement - Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, and individual communications (voluntary separation), and demonstrate awareness and sensitivity in managing exits - Serve as the expert on HR compliance and ensure that HR practices comply with government laws and oversee risk management issues (safety, health, legal issues, and other subjects related) by assessing compliance risks and advise on labor policies, employment legislation and their applications to India leaders to facilitate their understanding of compliance requirements - Support day to day execution of HR activities for India site and contribute actively towards process improvement and new initiatives Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's Degree, specialization in HR preferred - 3-5 years of experience in HR operations role in fast paced, dynamic environment - Solid knowledge of employment law in India - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels - Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
