Associate Director - Business - Will be responsible for implementing business development strategies, direct sales, as well as meeting specific goals surrounding sales target attainment and overall revenue generation. - Establish the sales direction and strategy aligned with the corporate targets and articulate the goals to the sales teams, informed by excellent customer insight. - Drive a growth agenda that sustains the existing business while developing new opportunities through new business models, partnerships, and channels - Must have 5-10yrs experience of working in SAAS start-up, else 2-3 yrs of experience post IIM degree. - MBA from a Tier-1 business school - Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills - Track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
