Job Description:
1. FormulateTrans-Connect Card Marketing and Sales Execution Plan for HSD product/Lube
2. Drive Customer acquisition - Develop and drive processes and sales from key customer accounts, group companies
3. Marketing Communication support.- Creating effective communication kit for the field team to support them in their customer acquisition activities
In summary this role provides for enabling increase in sales of HSD through the TC Card program.
Job Accountability:
Maximize Sales Volumes of Products from TCCs - HSD and Lubricant sales through TCC:
- Market planning and sales execution support to field.
- Conceptualize and ensures execution and effectiveness of Product marketing plans such as the promotional campaigns, Demand generation campaigns at each state/TCC
Manage and maximize sales from Key Customer Accounts and Group Companies:
- Define, identify and target Key customer accounts for maximization of sales.
- Evaluate and develop processes for enhancing sales to key customer accounts
Business Analytics and reports for effective Sales/Marketing Management and decision making:
- Evaluation of Market geographies and analytics pertaining to Customers/ states and TCC channel to aid marketing and sales
- Conceptualize and develop relevant Product Schemes for Sales Growth.
Credit Process monitoring and efficacy:
- Design, develop and execute various credit solution for customer segments
- Evaluate and monitor process efficacy and effectiveness.
Marketing and Communication support to TC products:
- Support in ideation and development of Marketing Communication for products
- Enable effective communication of the same to field.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):
- Adherence to sales and operation processes as defined such as Credit limit approval process .
- Experience in Fleet Marketing
- Customer campaign planning and ensure execution pan India,
- Budget preparation on sales volumes for products.
- Preparation of Customer schemes such as TC loyalty programs, Cash based schemes etc
- Planning for Channel Incentives, channel expansion ( footprint pan India)
