Key Accountabilities -
- Act as subject matter specialist for the review, development and implementation of organisation wide talent acquisition policies
- Ensure recruitment policies and processes are being followed consistently and as agreed; assist in the change management requirements for Segment/Function teams
- Program manage large scale, strategic and complex projects with multiple stakeholder e.g.
- Process champion of internal & external hiring and implement end to end SAP
- Automation and digitization of third party processes through SAP Fiori
- Digitization of onboarding process, vendor management & improvement of the quality of hire etc.
- Be the process lead to ensure an aligned TAG function across the segments and the Functions
- Act as point of contact for interface with the embedded recruitment teams, central risk team, audit team and data privacy team.
- Train, coach or up-skill local teams in recruitment best practices e.g. interviewing, use of recruiting systems, etc.
- Support in continuous improvement efforts and seek areas for efficiencies and effectiveness across Reliance group
