Short Description :

- Manage strategic communication centered towards employee engagement, culture, and change management

- Enhance employee communication on strategic initiatives and projects with the use of various communication channels including emails and newsletters, social media, live webcasts, and other digital channels

- Work with project teams to contribute towards employer branding initiatives.

Long Description :

Job Accountabilities :

- The candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of employee engagement & communication

- Develop communication calendar in coordination with relevant stakeholders in the organization

- Take charge of developing content and writing newsletters and scripts for leadership events

- The candidate will be required to make power point presentations used for presenting concepts

- Proactively manage blogs, facilitate social learnings and webcasts

- Play an active role in designing and executing town hall meetings and other leadership events

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :

- Social media. Design and execute social media campaigns on twitter and LinkedIn

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Advance knowledge of and experience in making MS Power-point presentations that are a good mix of visuals and text while telling a story

- Experience in writing reports in MS Word and using MS Excel

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :

- 6+ years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, and/or change management

- Experience working on change communication in a large change/transformation project preferred

- Masters in communication or journalism preferred
