This role is accountable for talent assessment and capability development of HR Professionals within RIL Group (Hydrocarbon, Jio, Retail, Life Sciences, TV18, Reliance Foundation & IMG Reliance). In addition, the role would be responsible for managing RIL HR Academy  Long Description  Job Accountabilities  Partner HR Capability Head for developing HR Capability Road Map  Identify competencies required to be successful within RIL  Ensure implementation of sustainable talent pipeline for the HR function  Development of in-House Tools for HR Talent Assessments  Work with assessment partners (YSC or similar Assessment resources to be used e.g. SHL)  Put to use other assessment tools e.g. SHL, Assessment Centres, Development Centres, 360 degree, templates, inventories etc. for HR Professionals Assessments  Establish critical capability gaps and agree time-frame for closing gaps  Develop career development interventions based on the Gaps (Including Job rotation / deployment)  Conduct career counselling with the help of HR Group Leaders /Senior Level Leaders  Design & implement Career Development Plans for HR Talent Pool  Manage HR Academy. Work with L&D to deliver a high quality HR learning curriculum integrated with HR excellence template  Partner with HR Capability Execution Lead for implementation of HR Capability activities  Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)  At ease with conceptualization & application of various theories of Talent Management, Organization Development, Individual Capability Development, Learning Interventions, etc.  Develop Tactical Plans from HR Strategy  Project or program management experience of handling large projects and conflicting priorities.  Thought leadership and partnering with/challenging HR and business leads to transform.  Strong track record of successfully partnering with senior business and HR leaders and ability to manage complex, senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate and influence.  Knowledge of emerging markets or proven ability to flex to new environments and contexts.  In-depth knowledge of RIL HR staff across locations  Trusted individual with good self-awareness and with high integrity  High concern for confidentiality and privacy of data  Upholds transparency and meritocracy through systematic decision making and communications  Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)  Essential:  Post-graduate degree/diploma in HR  10-14 years of diverse HR Experience  3-4 years in the area of Talent Management / Capability Development / Learning Interventions  Desirable:  Certified Assessor in Leadership Identification Tool  3-4 years of experience within RIL in HR  Key Interactions:  Internal:  HRLT / Chief Talent Officer  HR Group Leaders /Senior Level Leaders, Business Leaders  HR Centre of Excellences  External:  Assessors /Consultants  HR Networks
