RIL - Executive - Governance & Integration

Location : Navi Mumbai

Suitable role for someone with Risk Management background.

Accountabilities :

- This role is an integral part of Petchem Segment Governance & Integration team which is the overall custodian of the Segment's Reliance Management System (RMS) & Risk Management and ensure it is working in an integrated manner.

- Help R&M segment's Business teams in implementing and managing all elements of RMS like FMS, OMS & PMS.

- Supporting the Implementation & project management of a diverse range of transformational projects and work streams.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders - Process Owner- s, Central G&I team, cross-functional stakeholders & R&M leadership to ensure success.

- Execute process improvement projects (using internal, partner organisation or third party resource as required).

- Impact and influence, particularly within Segment and Function management teams, to drive improvement activities through to delivery.

- Effectively manage conflict and challenge all activities that are not aligned to the strategic goals.

Delivery accountability :

- Support the Segment's continuous improvement initiatives and implement change control processes to ensure policies, standards and process changes are controlled, documented and communicated effectively.

- Support the G&I team to align Risk management activities with RMS- Risk Management Framework and support the Segment/ Function leadership in implementing the process and executing the activity.

- Support & Follow up with stakeholders in the area of Risk for corrective actions.

- Help establish governance framework and track performance.

- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.

- Present clear targeted communications to all key stakeholders, to support business readiness and promote engagement.

- Planning and management of a diverse range of transformational & improvement projects and work streams.

- Implementing the Transformation and Governance Project Management Methodology, Framework and Templates in collaboration with other Project Management teams in the segments and functions.

Qualification :

BE+MBA with Risk Management exposure
