Short Description - Job Purpose: The team member will work with the Head of Employee Communications to deliver various organization wide employee communications programs and events that aim to maximize employee engagement and productivity. The executive will help plan and roll out communication campaigns; create content for mailers, intranets and various events, and work closely with various stakeholder teams across the business to ensure that communications is delivered on time and feedback is captured across internal channels. Long Description Job Accountabilities : - Execute internal communication programs and events according to campaign calendar and existing communications guidelines - Manage daily delivery of internal communications - including messages, mailers, social media, newsletters, etc. to the relevant audience - Draft and create key messages and content for target audiences. - Write and edit copy for various print and online platforms including mailers, newsletters, brochures, posters, portals, websites, social media, etc. - Plan and coordinate communications deliverables and schedules between key stakeholders across businesses and external vendors - Collect feedback across communication channels and share with relevant stakeholders - Participate as part of a wider team to deliver internal communications programs and coordination of events across the business Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) - Knowledge of the fundamentals of effective communications media and methods - including print, online platforms and social media - Knowledge related to execution and delivery of communication, stories and content through various offline and online channels - Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communications skills - Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across businesses - Ability to complete agreed programs of work, deadlines and standards of performance as agreed with Line Manager. - Positive attitude with a desire to learn and bring meaningful change in organizational culture Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) - Graduation in Arts or Mass Media with (desired) and Post graduate qualification in Communications or related discipline(s) - Minimum of 2 years experience in a dedicated communications or content creation and delivery role - Around 5 year's communications experience at a tactical level. - Upto seven years of total work experience Reliance has six Values and associated behaviors which are the essential and enduring tenets underpinning all decisions and way of life at Reliance and every employee is expected to abide by them.
