Job Description :


We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives/Managers to build/join our sales team and drive the expansion of our technology solutions within the industrial engineering and telecom sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating new business relationships, engaging clients, and driving revenue growth through both direct and indirect sales channels.


- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the engineering and telecom industries to generate new business opportunities within India.


- Direct Sales: Develop and execute strategic plans to engage directly with engineering and telecom companies, presenting our innovative technology solutions and products to address their specific needs.


- Indirect Sales: Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to establish strong partnerships and increase the distribution of our offerings.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and objectives to position our solutions effectively.


- Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our technology solutions to showcase their value proposition and benefits.


- Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements, tailoring solutions that align with their business goals.


- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


- Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.


- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the company's growth.


- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to align strategies and deliver outstanding customer experiences.


- Out of Scope: Activities related to Quotation, Proposal, Negotiations would be carried out by Team Managers.


Requirements :


- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions, preferably within the engineering or telecom sectors.


- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering and telecom markets, including industry challenges, trends, and competitive landscape.


- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present solutions and engage with diverse stakeholders.


- Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.


- Solution-Focused: Adept at understanding client pain points and translating them into tailored technology solutions.


- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to reach favorable agreements and secure business partnerships.


- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage a busy sales pipeline, and meet deadlines.


- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and monitor progress.
