Riflexions Consulting Private Limited is a Bangalore based startup company in the BFSI space institutionalized in May 2014. The primary area of business would focus on Management Consulting, Project/Program Consulting & Technical Consulting for BFSI institutions focusing on technology transformations. This includes Implementations in Core Banking & Data Intelligence along with development of new products & platforms. Target markets will include Middle East & Africa, South East Asia & Australia in the initial years.

The company is looking for Functional consultants with 8-10 years of work experience to be recruited as core-team members of Riflexions
Mandatory Experience:
- Possess minimum of 4+ years of experience as Functional consultant in core banking domain.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing requirement gathering and solution for Major /Minor banks on any Core banking solution. (Experience on FINACLE / ORACLE FLEXCUBE will be preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in the Evaluation and Proposal submission for core banking transformations projects /programs.
- Possesses experience of playing a key role of a senior functional consultant in one of the implementations projects from start to end in a client location.
Possesses experience in managing and executing projects related any of the below said domain:
- Retail and Corporate Lending
- Corporate Banking and Trade Finance
- Enterprise CRM
- Payments System

Project Management:
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure clients achieve an understanding of expectations, deliverables, dependencies, risks and progress.
- If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team.
- When appropriate, work directly with clients, or in concert with account management and/or team leads, to secure sign off on deliverable or documentation.
- Use sound judgment in all project communication and ensure that key stakeholders are informed timely.
- Team, client and management are apprised of project activities in a timely manner.
- Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to clients and team members.
Significant Attributes:
- Willingness to travel on short/long term assignments to any client location (specifically Middle East and Africa)
- Atleast 2 medium to large project transformations/consulting experience.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
