What we are looking for :

We are looking for a data-driven marketer with 3+ years of experience helping leading B2B and B2C businesses execute innovative marketing campaigns. Someone who is aggressive & moves quickly & will take responsibility for overall marketing results of a company & will oversee marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen company's market position and achieve desired business.

Required Knowledge & experience of :

- Mixpanel / Google Analytics / A/B testing tools

- Experience in scaling and operationalizing a startup from $1M to $50M top line and/or building a marketing team

What you will do :

- Meeting the lead generation goals of a rapidly growing sales team

- Generating sales qualified leads for AE

- Lead/manage/grow partnerships through various programs

- Use mediums like content marketing/guest blogging/ webinars/workshops/whitepapers/ video marketing

- Demand Generation : You will be doing lead nurturing, web demand generation programs, and work at the hip of your sales team to generate a steady, growing stream of leads each and every month. You will also be developing relationships using social media/email marketing/offline marketing until they are sales ready

- Will plan and own the lead generation targets

Industry Background : IT Product Startup

Location : Powai, Mumbai. (Remote working option is available for candidates applying from other cities although relocation will be preferred by us.)

Salary : 9-12 LPA Equity : (0.1% - 2%)

Working Days & Timings : Monday - Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off) 12pm - 9 pm

Joining : Immediate
