Job Description
A dynamic senior management member who aspires to strategise and take the organization to another level.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & overseeing the department's operational policies & rules and implementing vision of the Promoter's.
- Continuously gauge the effectiveness of current operational processes and find ways of improving them.
- Interface between senior management and the organization
- Provide mentoring to all employees, including management
- Motivates staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
- Coordinates with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and retain the best employees
- Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
- Presents new ideas and strategies to the management.
- Establish a communication forum for the employees and continuously engage them to make them feel valued.
- Promote smooth flow of information between the employees of the organization
