Roles & Responsibilities: - Design an excellent digital media strategy to achieve the lead/revenue target for B2B & B2C. - Lead a team of graphic designers and content writers. - Drive growth hacking strategies to increase leads as well as social media reach and engagement. - Excellent knowledge about SEM (Google & Taboola like platforms) - B2B & B2C lead generation through SEM and SMM (LinkedIn ads and business manager advertising) - Excellent in increasing organic traffic & leads. - Good hands-on Social Media Marketing (SMM/SMO) - Good experience on the LinkedIn platform to generate B2B leads - Projecting Monthly/Yearly Leads & Budget. - Keyword Research & Analysis for SEM. - Create customized reports in Google Analytics & Web CEO. - Personal accountability and ownership of work becoming the subject matter expert. - Manage internal analytical and auditing tools to track performance regularly. - Work closely with Design & Development team members to achieve goals successfully. - Optimize ads and content on an everyday basis, and use industry best practices for sales conversion. - Analysis of new updates and algorithms related to SEM and make changes in the system accordingly. - Identify the requirements for fulfilling the targets of lead generation & ROI. - Track ROI on a weekly/monthly and yearly basis - Good knowledge about optimizing AMP pages. - Experienced in native ads - Good hand on optimizing Google Apps. - Excellent experience & knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Web CEO, and another auditing/analysis tools. - Good experience working on the latest technologies in the Market (E.g., AMP pages, Schemas, OG tags, Reach Snippets, etc.) - Good understanding and experience of using Schema & Structure data on the website. - Efficient in Managing the lead generation and content agencies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good experience working with affiliate marketing agencies. - Good experience in optimizing budget, CPC, CPL & CPA.
