Role: Manager - Group Affinity Sales

Location: New Delhi /Bengaluru/ Mumbai

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional who has expertise in Group Affinity Sales in the insurance sector and has a proven track record of converting affinity sales in the insurance industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

- Drives Sales/Partnership with affinity groups, such as Fintechs/Banks/Lending Groups/etc. by:

- Building the sales funnel of affinity groups

- Pitching RIA's value proposition to the groups

- Closing deals with affinity groups and ensuring that they go live

- Execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products

- Follow a structured sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Devote approximately 70% of working hours to on-the-road activities, including meetings with affinity groups

- Managing Sales Pipeline KPIs

- Business development to sales conversion

- Account-based targets

- Overall business line targets

- Coordinate with teams internally at RIA to go live with affinity groups

REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry

- Experience in Affinity business - Across Sales & Distribution, Strategic Alliances

- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
