Rhodium Analytics - Senior Analyst - Equity Research - Technology Sector

Role: Equity Research Senior Analyst

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Location: Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including detailed 3-statement Forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, and Merger modeling.

- Candidate must have a experience in technology sector

- Knowledge of Business Valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions.

- Analysing company reporting documents to create pitch books, company profiles, financial benchmarking, trading, and transaction comps.

- Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc.

- Craft effective search strategies and gather relevant information and data leveraging a broad set of resources. Utilize both secondary and primary research sources and techniques.

- Communicate research results through the creation of structured end-products (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.

- Must have knowledge of writing investment memos/reports.

- Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ and FactSet

- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Skill Set:

- 2-5 years of experience working with Investment banking, equity research, and Hedge Funds.

- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and deal support skills (particularly extensive Financial Modeling skills).

- Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

- MBA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent degree
