Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Candidate must have experience in tracking Global Public Equity (Sector Agnostic).

2. Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including detailed 3-statement Forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, and Merger modeling.

3. Knowledge of Business Valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions.

4. Adept reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc.

5. Craft effective search strategies and gather relevant information and data leveraging a broad set of resources. Utilize both secondary and primary research sources and techniques.

6. Communicate research results by creating structured end-products (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.

7. Analysing company reporting documents to create detailed Investment Memos/Research Reports.

8. Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ and FactSet.

9. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Skill Set:

1. 3-7 years of experience working with Equity Research and Hedge Funds (covering the Agnostic Sector).

2. Exceptional analytical, numerical, and deal support skills (particularly extensive Financial Modeling skills).

3. Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

4. MBA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent degree
