JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Analyst / Senior Analyst

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description : Business Valuation

- Independently execute valuation engagements incl. 409a, ESOP Valuation, PPA - ASC 805, Goodwill and Asset impairment analyses (ASC 350/360).

- Good understanding of various method of Equity Allocation i.e. Option Pricing Method, Current Value Method.

- Perform financial and operational benchmarking.

- Write a detailed business valuation report

- Build strong professional relationships with onshore teams through project work.

Skills :

- Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management.

- The candidate must have 1 to 3 years of working experience in either Corporate Finance or valuation roles.

- Command over financial statements and financial ratios.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and valuation techniques.

- Good understanding of capital markets.

- Knowledge of relevant respective local GAAP or IFRS standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

- Command in using research databases such as Capital IQ,Thomson Reuters, among others.
