About you

In addition, you have :

- ServiceNow expert knowledge (5+ years)

a. More than 7 years of experience in the IT

b. Deep experience with ServiceNow products

c. Experience as developer

- Expert knowledge within:

a. CMDB

b. ITSM

- Beneficial knowledge of:

a. SAP KeyUser Pro ServiceNow module

b. ITIL process know-how with focus on incident and change management

c. SAP

d. Azure

- Degree: Bachelor's or preferably master's degree in Information Technology (B.E or BTECH-Computer Science) or MCA

- Profound Microsoft Office skills

- Required languages: English (very good/fluently)

- Willing to travel abroad to a certain degree for projects

As a Global ServiceNow Solution Architect you will be a linking part between global stakeholders, Service Owners organization and IT. You are the first contact to our business, working as a subject matter expert, providing technical expert level of support and develop new technical opportunities and services. Your focus lies on leading requirements, scoping and design workshops and documentation. You deliver hands-on configuration, development and integration services and lead the implementation team including testing and training.
