Senior Manager/Manager - FP&A Sales (Industrial - India, WA & Africa)

Minimum Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA.

About the job

- FP&A sales supports the global sales organization with a range of performance data and analysis. We facilitate the planning processes both for short term (monthly financial forecasts) and for the medium term (budget planning). We are currently recruiting for someone to join as the business partner for our Industrial division.

- Candidate will act as Business Partner not only for Industrial division head, but also interact with a group of global salesmen in all finance related matters. Their tasks will be:

- Performing the monthly sales reporting including interpretation of results and preparing analysis to CSO and Business Unit Head

- Facilitate monthly Sales Unit reviews and be part of preparation for quarterly Business Unit meetings

- Simulate financial results based on Integrated Business Planning

- Create yearly budget

- Providing presentations for regular business analysis meetings

- Perform analysis on overhead costs

- Calculate Business Plans

- In case of reorganization adjust the systems and Master data to secure high-quality, continuous reporting

- Cooperate with other business partners within FP&A sales (esp. Within our region among inter-divisions i.e., steel and industrials segment)

- Support the global FP&A sales team with finance knowledge, create understanding of our reporting standards, incl. trainings

- Be responsible for FP&A topics related to Industrial Support Cost Center (contains commercial organizations of all Industrial businesses, pricing & quotation teams, and technical excellence) - plan and analyses overhead costs

In addition, candidate must have:

- 5+ years of work experience in a FP&A/ business controlling role

- University degree in the field of Finance/Business Administration, a post university qualification of CA/CMA is mandatory; and

- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams), SAP R/3 HANA FICO; and

- An accountancy professional qualification is preferred

- Excellent knowledge in English

- Good execution skill, Quick learner with excellent rapport building ability and communication skills and most of all Teamwork

- Should have excellent self-starter and should take self-initiative

- Experience of working in global, listed companies, preferably in B2B area
