Communications Professional Your Role and Responsibilities : This is a Communication Generalist role, wherein the person would be responsible for supporting execution of external and internal communication activities of the India, West Asia and Africa business unit of RHI Magnesita. The role would be working closely with the Regional Communications Head and the Regional Leadership Team to plan and implement regional communication plans and activities. Key responsibility areas would be : - Collaborate with internal stakeholders cross-functionally for content planning, writing, designing and production of internal and external communication materials like newsletters, emailers, videos, posters, banners etc. - Content development and update of the company website, social media handles, intranet and employee app. - Support execution of internal and external events & exhibitions. - Collaborate with Sales teams to support sales promotional material and brand merchandise delivery with budget control. - Work with the Global communications team to implement Global initiatives in the region - Conduct internal and external surveys etc. to create data driven communication plans and activities. - Support delivery of PR activities by managing media contact database and drafting of media statements, presentations etc. - Support designing and development of Corporate Communication documents like leadership presentations, CEO communications etc. - Briefing to billing : end to end management of communication vendors like creative, branding and event agencies. - Preparing communication activity and outcome reports for regional and Global stakeholders Required Technical or Professional Expertise : - Demonstrated experience of successful delivery of both internal and external communication activities. - Proactive, creative, pragmatic and go-getter attitude with open mindset - Proven ability to work in highly dynamic and tight deadline driven work environment. - Prior experience of working in a MNC corporate or agency preferred, but not essential. - Basic skills of image and video editing would be added advantage. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills is must. - Skills to operate in a highly digitalised communication environment with understanding of new age digital medium
