- Completion of current project and upcoming scope of SCFT, SCVT, EMF and CLOT

- To generate good and firm practices for circle to make best productivity

- To make the best process and audit for inter-working between RF team and NoC team

- To manage individual circles to follow NHQ guideline and to make higher efficiency

- To implementation of best practices for seamless optimization

- Town-wise optimization to improve city-wise RF performance for commercial readiness

Post-commercial Launch perspective :

- Maintaining RF performance as best as to compare with competitor (on-going optimization)

- To engage customer to get new RF service to create

- To lead customer w.r.t RF technical perspective

- To manage all circle resource and activity related to RF service
