We are looking for hard working finance graduates and post-graduates to join our Finance and Strategy team to develop newer out of the box solutions for managing Finance & strategy functions of the company and who are ready to take on big challenges. About the role : - Work closely with CFO and Founders on special projects in Finance function, driving strategic initiatives - Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning - Focus on automation at zenith level in finance function; Help in automation of reports to bring in efficiency in internal operations processes - Process Improvement - Improve current financial processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity - Budgeting, Forecasting and Cash Flow planning - MIS And Analytics - Assist the business heads in expense planning, preparing periodic business reviews - Track performance metrics vs. weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets - Setting up company wide tracking Dashboards and Analyze them to deliver actionable insights and define key outcomes - MIS preparation for Investors and Lenders - Preparation of various Financial Reports & Analysis; Computing SaaS metrics - Establishing and managing adherence to performance metrics and processes to monitor and course correct using analytical tools - Structure concise reports with insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking - Interactions with Investors, Lenders and other third-parties - Identify cost saving opportunities; Analyze business data, share insights to increase top line / improve bottom line - Root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements based on insights - Support ad-hoc projects, presentations and analysis as requested by senior management - Ability to independently analyze, lead, and present with very limited guidance is pre-requisite for this role. - Work on the tasks / activities with highest quality and strict TAT - Go-getter attitude - Candidates looking for 9 to 5 job need not apply EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : - Should be from Management Consulting/ Financial Research / MIS background with 2-6 years of experience post-qualification - Good to have skills/ degrees/ certifications: BTech + MBA (Premier institutes) / CA / CFA - Strong Communication skills - Strong influencing and interpersonal skills - Good understanding of basic finance & accounts concepts - Very strong Excel modeling and analytical skills Location: Noida - Work from Office Life at Rezo.AI : - We take transparency very seriously.
