Responsibilities:

- Provide strong leadership to a software development team of 6-8 Software developers

- Give direction to team members on latest technologies, frameworks, coding techniques

- Review and lead technical design, architecture

- Define and implement software development best practices

- Ensure development deliverables are on scope and to the committed timelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science

- 8+ years of hands on software development

- 2+ years of managing software development team or experience as a team lead

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Technology stack

- C#, SQLServer 2008/2012, Visual Studio 2012/13

- .Net frameworks - ASP.Net MVC, WCF, WinForm, EF, WF

- HMTL, Jscript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Angular.js

- TDD, Unit Testing, Strong in OO concepts and design

- Strong knowledge of Azure environment

- Experience developing code for high transaction systems
