Job Description:

- Must have very good experience in working for start up

- Must be a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience

- Should have worked as Head of Finance – Job entails working with the Management and the Board on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships

- Should have worked in a software / services company environment for at least five years

- Should be able to manage a high growth , high performance environment

- Should have managed a team well versed with accounting / vendor management and statutory requirements, Compliance with all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements of an Indian MNC

- Help the Management team build the operating budget

- Ensure compliance with all contractual and statutory bodies.

- Will be responsible for Finance, Credit, Collections, Payments, Legal & Contracts

- Monitor Cash flow to meet organization's needs

- Exposure in M & A’s and rolling out stock options

- Interaction with bankers and obtain the best and desirable banking facilitation

- Oversee monthly MIS and reporting to the CEO & Board

- Should have a high level of analytical and communication skills

- Understanding of Laws, regulations, and rules governing work requirements

- Preference will be given to candidates with a CA or MBA in Finance

- 15 Years of financial and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 250 staff.
