- Advising the Client on the optimal transaction structure to raise Finance.

- Preparing Information Memorandums, Financial models, Teasers,Bank Formates & CMA

- Identifying & Short listing appropriate investors/targets/strategic partners.

- Facilitating and coordinating, meeting between the Client and investors/targets/strategic partners

- Identification of third parties for valuation analysis or other related work based on the deal requirement.

- Obtaining term sheets / Sanctions from investors/targets/strategic partners.

Transaction level support :

- Subsequent to the aforementioned activities we shall also facilitate due diligence undertaken by relevant third parties, review the necessary documentation and assist in the negotiations, finalisation and closure of necessary documentation for the proposed activity.

- We shall also, if required advice on the commercial implications of the due diligence including any potential change in value range of transaction as envisaged under the potential activity, and other terms and conditions and also provide assistance if any, required for the completion of all the conditions precedents to close the transaction.

- Having ability to complete translation independently.
