Rewards Specialist - Startup

Rempacific (www.rempacific.com) is a Boutique Consulting Firm focused towards helping Indian multinationals with their international human resources management challenges. In its products offering Rempacific markets International data products of AIRINC (Associate for International Research) in India as well as 21st Century Pay Solutions data on Africa. On the advisory side, we work with clients on the Rewards Strategy end through out partnership with The Reward Practice in UK.

We are a young start up firm with an ambition to serve some highly complex and niche issues in International human resources management and global compensation for majority of Indian multinational firms. As we speak, we already work extensively with 20 of the top 40 Indian multinationals.

Please note we are currently a small team of 4 people and we are seeking the 5th member of our team.

What we are looking for in you:

- You are analytical about HR concepts especially in cross border matters.

- You have a MBA from top 10 business schools in India. If you are NOT form the top 10 and still prove to us that you are as good we will consider you.

- You enjoy selling as much as solving problems of clients. Those who dont like business development and targets, may find this job very hard to do!

- You have read this write up thoroughly and then applied for this job.

- You can work long hours and also have a sense of humor.

- You are seriously OK with working with a start up.

This position is based in Mumbai.
