Rewards - FMCG (Contractual, 6-9 Months) Location: Andheri, Mumbai - Be able to advise the client(s) in reward cycle activities and support the Reward / HR team in client organization(s) including but not limited to; - Conducting organization compensation benchmarking studies and commissioning custom studies with the consulting firms based on technical merit \ - 2023 Annual increment; Support Reward, HR team to conduct and close annual increment cycle for South Asia markets - Headcount and wage cost forecast for India (2023 budget planning) - Variable pay; Payout for 2022 bonus, as per targets - Stock Profit Plan; Manage communications. and roll-out for the plan in 2022 as per global guidelines - Advise, Review, and Sign-off external offers/promotion offers made by Client HRBPs within guidelines - Support in preparation of offers for incoming moves, external Senior Management Teams at the client end on a need basis - Advisory on policy changes/ HR initiatives/ payroll for South Asia on a need basis Bandwidth
