As a Rewards Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive rewards programs aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, retention and acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer behaviour, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to create and manage effective rewards initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Design and Strategy: - Develop and execute a strategic vision for rewards programs aligned with organizational goals. - Analyze market trends and competitor programs to ensure the company's rewards offerings remain competitive and innovative. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rewards programs seamlessly into overall business strategies. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other relevant departments to align rewards programs with broader business objectives. - Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to leverage technology for program implementation and measurement. 3. Program Implementation: - Oversee the deeper roll-out of our rewards programs, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible across relevant platforms. - Coordinate with internal and external partners to integrate reward mechanisms into existing systems or applications. 4.
