Rewards Manager - Gurgaon Who you are : - Strong Analytical skills, problem-solving skills &amp; advanced knowledge of MS Office. - 6+ years Rewards related experience in a global fast-paced and high-growth environment. - Employee focused on strong customer service skills. - Detail-oriented with a high level of data accuracy and integrity. - Excellent oral and written communication skills What you'll do : - Develop and deliver compensation programs for allocated locations within APAC; including conducting analyses of roles, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices. - Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) global rewards programs and processes, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines - Provide support as required for the review, design, delivery of existing benefit programs for allocated locations within APAC. - Analyze Market Data to make recommendations for market aligned rewards. - Develop content for training materials for manager capability building on Rewards matters APAC - Conduct regular Quality audits (processes, data quality etc.) on Rewards programs (compensation &amp; benefits) &amp; suggest ways to enhance speed and efficiency in delivery of rewards in APAC - Work on assessing locations requiring unique Employee Value propositions within APAC &amp; look at various aspects of rewards to create a differentiated Rewards portfolio - Provide support on employee compensation matters for APAC by way of providing data analytics support &amp; also during the Annual Compensation Review by supporting on query resolutions and data analytics required for decision making by Business - Assist with Market Intelligence/ Insights for New Country Expansions; supporting new projects etc. - Liaison with other HR functions to ensure that delivery for Rewards is consistent.
