The role would responsible for driving the rewards philosophy for the organisation and implement best practices in tandem with the business vision for the organisation.
- This role would also be driving performance and productivity benchmarking for the organisation in line with the business practices
- Managing the complete annual budgeting cycles and drive people analytics and metrics.
- Launch a Reward & Recognition program for the organization and ensure success and usage
- Proactively recommend other incentive plans such as LTI and other cash based retention plans
- Aside from the above core responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to support other aspects of people philosophy and contribute to relevant strategic initiatives of the HR function with a goal to make the organisation the best place to work. S/he must be a strong, effective team player.
- Looking at HR Candidates with 6-9 years of HR experience, of which atleast 3 years in core Rewards with top tier organisations.
