Client Details :
Our client is one of the largest international retail players in the market. They are looking for a dynamic candidate who can liaise with the leadership and be the contact point for all C&B related activities including Compensation Benchmarking, Designing of Benefits etc.
Description :
Reporting to the CPO, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Execution of the compensation and benefits strategy for all employees
- Analysing, evaluating and recommending best practices for compensation design and employee benefits
- Leading compensation benchmarking surveys
- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders
Profile :
You come with 6-12 years of experience as a Rewards Lead for a large global organisation with similar scale. You have 5+ years of experience in the C&B domain and have worked in a matrix setup.
You should have hands on experience of designing Benefits at an org level
You have a full-time MBA degree from a TIER 1 or TIER 2 college
