Rewards Consulting Head

Our client is a global consulting major looking to hire their lead for the north market- India portfolio, while reporting directly into the HR Consulting Head for the India practice and managing a team of high potential reports

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the Rewards consulting practice with a focus on designing solutions on executive compensation, data and analytics and career practice (talent management, Organisation design)

- Focus on creating new relations with clients and drive portfolio penetration through effective business development for the complete north and eastern market of India

- Market the internal tool for providing compensation based solutions on problem statements like Exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyse the and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization, Designing compensation structure across job families and bands i.e. entry level to CXO level positions (variable pay, benefits structuring and eSops)

- Designing an effective eSops structure and incentive based schemes to be directly aligned with the clients requirement

- Ensure the propositions comply with the statutory requirements

- Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of already existing Compensation and Benefits programs and make recommendations

A successful candidate:

- At least 7-15 years of work experience in rewards post completion of MBA from Tier 1/ 2 institutes

- Ability to lead from front and collaborate with the leadership, clients and other stakeholders

- Strong exposure of designing within the Rewards- COE

- Hands-on experience with HRIS, expertise in MS Excel

- Real time experience to design and implement Rewards related projects
