COE - Rewards, Compensation & Benefits
Skills required:
- 4 to 11 years of experience with experience in Rewards and Benefits (a must) with flair to work in Talent management, performance and employee relations.
- Strong analytical capabilities
Rewards, Compensation and benefits: - Provide strategic and operational support in designing, implementation, administration and communication of all compensation programs.
- Lead the design and iteration of compensation policies to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity, through research & benchmarking on rewards policies and practices of leading captive firms as well as internal data analysis.
- Monitor local regulations and work closely with Legal to ensure policies comply with local laws
- Support in driving compensation review program by participating in various external benchmarking exercises, market intelligence and in house guidelines
- Partner with HR BPs and TA to provide solutions for rewards and broader HR initiatives
- Support COE in liaising with business stakeholders to provide them recommendations in tackling difficult cases in the area of rewards & benefits.
- Partner with finance and leadership to develop the overall budget and support in adherence.
Talent Management: - Drive the Talent management for MES-I in line with MUFG's talent management philosophy.
- Work closely with business to build succession plans.
- Discuss, plan and implement career-path options for employees
- Liaise with business to implement learning interventions including mentoring and training programs for employees
Employee relations: - Support in designing and review of existing HR policies and processes to create a positive employee experience during the employee lifecycle
- Monitor local regulations, organization developments and external market and work closely with business leaders to ensure policies comply with local laws
- Partner with HR BP to guide on policies and governance related matter pertaining to HR
- Lead and support in driving investigations and levy relevant consequences in case of any breach of policies
Data Analytics & Audits- Support in analyzing organization trends by working on various dashboards/reports to identify the trends and call out any potential HR risks that organization may be exposed to proactively
- Liaise with HR BPs to understand the pulse of the organization and accordingly present key trends, takeaways and recommended interventions
