Position : Engineering Manager

Exp : 10-13 yrs only (above 14 yrs will not be considered)

Location : Bangalore

Notice period : Immediate to 60 days only

1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies

2. 4+ years of project management experience in customer facing role

3. Responsible for managing Product Development & Support team

4. Responsible for P&L of multiple accounts

5. Must have excellent customer facing skills

6. Great written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to hire, develop and retain high performers

8. Candidate from product company would be preferred
