We are looking for a Business Development Director, who will need to lead the business development initiative for R360 in the GCC region and also maintain &amp; grow business relationships with current clients. What you will do : - Define strategy for business development in multiple industries - Generate leads to bring in new clients for the company - Lead the business development conversations and engage relevant internal stakeholders - Create/Approve business proposal for new clients while working closely with the finance and legal team - Work closely with the BU heads on strategic projects and business development initiative - Participate in relevant conferences, forums etc. for business networking, brand advocacy etc.. - Hire, nurture and manage a small but smart team to achieve organizations targets/goals - Use required tools like CRM etc. to track different leads, business development activities etc- - Work closely with the customer success team to smoothly onboard a new client What you will need : - Any bachelors/master's degree. MBA degree will be preferred but it is not mandatory - 8+ years of experience in corporate/enterprise business development/sales - Extremely good written and verbal communication. Excellent interpersonal skills - Experience in creating exciting business presentations and competitive commercial proposals - Passionate, diligent and a go-getter attitude with a proven track record to achieve targets/goals - Eager to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and also along with a cross-functional team - Experience in building and nurturing strong business relationships - A strong appetite to experiment and improvise to drive results
