Reward360 - Assistant Manager - Business Finance

Reporting to VP Business Finance and Accounts :

- Plan and prepare periodic management reporting (MIS) that provide value additions and actionable insights to management.

- Plan and prepare the annual budget and periodical updates of forecasts.

- Partner with accounting team to support and influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the financial reporting and month/year closure.

- Assist in preparing presentations in support of monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic initiatives of the Company.

- Gather, analyse and ensure accuracy of data.

- Pricing analysis and contribution margin analysis on a regular basis.

- Assist in the development and execution of processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance.

- Support the financial close process through the analysis of variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals. Review and provide thoughtful business driven commentary.

- Ensure effective and efficient set up and implementation of internal controls of the company spanning across all businesses and locations

- Participate in review of RFQ for the new projects and change request.

- Support in review of the products pricing strategy; both purchases and client billing.

- Review of inventory forecast provided by the supply chain team.

- Support in due diligence activities.

- Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery anticipating needs of internal customers, members, and other stakeholders

Education & Skill :

- Chartered Accountant qualification is a must.

- 2 years minimum experience in a mid-size to large company.

- FP&A/Business Finance experience will be added advantage.

- Good analytical, data management skills and ability to understand the business.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
