Recent examples of work include:  - Ran India's largest private coal sourcing and logistics operation (worth INR 4,000 crore per year), reduced the overall coal costs by 15%  - Helped a leading automotive OEM increase its annual profits by INR 1,000+ crore, through design and procurement levers  Funding and launch plan :  - Secured USD 1 Mn+ funding, from high net-worth individuals in the founders- personal network. Also securing bank funding  - Formally launched operations on 27th July 2015 with a fleet of 50 cars in Gurgaon; plans to add another 100 cars in the next 2-3 months. Target of 700+ cars by the end of 12 months  - The pilot fleet of 50 cars comprises 50% SUVs, 40% hatchback / sedans and 10% luxury segment  - Mobile website and native iOS / Android apps under development and scheduled for launch for 7th August 2015  Role : Sr. Marketing Manager  Key responsibilities :  - Developing the overall brand and marketing strategy, including budgets etc., along with company founders  - Leading the planning and execution, across all marketing platforms e.g.   a) Digital : selecting a portfolio of digital channels for brand promotion / advertisements, leading organic search, paid search, display, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate networks, finalizing campaigns and content, assessing effectiveness and making real time changes etc.   b) ATL : shortlisting locations / identifying arbitrage opportunities to ensure maximum ROI, finalizing content for display, coordinating and negotiating with printers etc.   c) BTL : shortlisting locations, designing campaign, finalizing content, negotiating with vendors etc.   - Assessing effectiveness of individual marketing channels / campaigns (ROI) and making real time changes, as needed  - Coordinating with various vendors / contractors / agencies etc. to ensure execution, as per plans  - Orchestrating PR / Media interactions / discussions  - Initiating and managing Marketing Tie Ups and Partnerships  Desired background :  - MBA from top tier management institute  - 3 to 5 years experience of working in B2C companies (preferably start-ups)  - Deep experience in digital marketing; good exposure, across all marketing channels  Package : 12-15 lacs per annum + equity
